dtg Welcomes Jeff Marsh as our new General Manager

dtg are delighted to welcome Jeff Marsh to the team as our new General Manager.

Having joined dtg in August 2026, Jeff brings with him a wealth of engineering knowledge and experience gained throughout a varied and successful career. His background spans a number of industries, including defence, printing and food production, providing him with a broad understanding of engineering, manufacturing and operational management.

Since joining the company, Jeff has quickly established himself as a valued member of the dtg team. His approachable, easy-going manner, combined with his extensive industry experience, has made him a welcome addition to the business.

Jeff is looking forward to embracing the specialist world of chocolate processing and engineering, working alongside the team to support dtg's continued development and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers and industry partners around the world.

Away from the world of engineering, Jeff is a keen motorcyclist and mountain biker who enjoys spending time on two wheels. And when he's not out riding, he's just as happy spending time in the fields with his beloved horses.

We are delighted to have Jeff on board and wish him every success in his new role. We look forward to introducing him to our customers, suppliers and industry colleagues in the months ahead.
